As you all should know by now about the conspiracy against this portion of the M.S.T.of A. A conspiracy which is set both to hinder and hopefully destroy this portion and if not to cause as much confusion about the National Leadership, thereof. As we have been brought this to your attention long ago, and those evil spirited ones which our Savior Prophet Ali spoke of some 70 odd years ago are still moving even as we are transcribing this, trying every weak mind and faint of heart one amongst us. Now as of the Grand Council of Governors both Lawfully as well as Legally represent the Grand Body of the Original set of Temples then deem to be the Moorish Science Temple of America. As founded and finally established by Our Savior Prophet Ali on July 20th 1928. In our Holy Moorish city of New Mecca. Now as we are already faced with those who have been allowed to claim jump over the years and declared themselves to be what they really are not and that is Moorish Americans. And who have very little of the best interest of the M.S.T.of A. At heart and even lesser of a good interest in the uplifting of fallen Humanity and the furtherance of the establishment of a Truthful degree of us becoming a Moorish Empire once more. And then there are those other Grand Bodies who National Leaderships who claim to be the only sole and True Grand Body of this Divine Movement and since they have had far more time in both propagating this particular lie and have been assisted in it’s propaganda then they believe what they have been told, and as such have literally become hinders of the true growth and further development of this Divine Movement. And of the two both seek to filter their sad brand of foreign and strangely mixed doctrine into our Branches and groups, and if you heads are not very careful and not on your guard against these sort of things and persons, these ones will become a detriment to this portion of the M.S.T.of A. All True and Faithful Followers and Members of this portion of the M.S.T.of A. Will not allow these smelly culprits to find an easy way amongst us, and thus not allow them to stay within any degrees of this portion of the M.S.T.of A. PERIOD! Clearly and soundly will not even allow such one to speak in the front of our membership period. Nor allow them to be come a detriment to their locals least along to the overall whole of this portion of the M.S.T.of A. To protect Allah’s Holy and Divine Movement , and our Savior Prophet Ali’s true characteristic , we don’t allow any person of opposing groups or especially from any of those whom have been label as open enemies of this Moorish State, to either interact with your local membership or especially those who follow other than our Savior Prophet Ali who claim to be Moorish this or that or something like a real Moorish American, as they seek to endanger this portion of the M.S.T.of A. As they really seek to gain an influential hand within this portion via an unguarded part of this portion, yes via your particular portion that is! As we your Chief Spiritual Guide, Religious Teacher and as a Moorish Moral Authority stand firmly against these smelly culprits so why not you? And their ultimate goal is seeking out all those whom they can devour, and they will seemly not be seeking to do so, but re-calling the lesson about the man who took in the snake when it was freezing cold and upon the snake getting warn it turn around and bit the man who had helped it against all know and sound reasoning , and what did the snake ultimately tell the man hell you knew I was a snake when you took me in [ it is by it’s nature that it survives Dear Brothers and Sister] and so don’t be hard headed here to! The rest will take care of it’s self and there will be no conflict between us and them. Those under the voice of the Grand Council of Governors will follow the given instruction and conduct themselves accordingly, to the set National Agenda, And become far more diligent in the affairs of the Grand Council of Governors and become far more studious to it’ s interest etc. In case of our Alien [Prison] Ministry all members therein are also to obey all given instructions and additional laws given by the Grand Council of Governors. And as each official within the Alien system has a right to perform certain lesser Moorish rites etc within their own sphere of Power and Authority as ordained by the Grand Council of Governors., and as all members both ranking and non-ranking members are divinely obligated to follow out all instruction as well as order properly given by those in s a Superior Position. Who seemingly cannot do the right thing within and by their own local Temple , who always make broken promises and simply outright lie about everything these ones are also deemed unfit members, who cannot pay their dues nor keep in basic line with Act #7. They bear watching closely, and yet from afar. All Officers And yes even former ones , acting under the auspices of this portion of the M.S.T.of A. To which the Grand Council of Governors preside over. If any individual claims to be acting on it’s behalf ,who s not authorized by the Grand Council of Governors shall be first deem a traitor, a secondly a embezzler of Our Faith and Creed. And is deem quickly subjugated to the enforcement of our Laws etc. And restriction become a natural outcome of their lack of income[ practicing our faith and Religious Creed] both honestly as well as sincerely and are deemed to be greatly disrespecting Allah, Our Savior Prophet Ali as well as this portion of the Moorish Science Temple of America. Lastly no one outside the frame work of the Grand Council of Governors especially outside the Divine Ministry it’s self should be trying to independently interpret the Religious Creed of our Faith, they should be given the same exact degrees of the Gospel as provided to them by the Chief Spiritual Guide the Chief Minister himself, his set of Divinely inspired works and teaching, as there has been even some new adept trying to step forward and sell and teaches their own version of things, to other this clearly and soundly show us that while they stand along side us they are really trying to take charge of the Moorish Situation as just a few short hours ago they did not’t know their own butt hole from their face hole. As such one bear watching , as they seek to be what they are not and were not before coming into this portion of the M.S.T.of A. As such one now presume that they have a equal amount of knowledge , wisdom and understanding which allow them to attempt such a foolish thing , but this is not a rarity ;look at the ones such as Mr. Roger Rabbit and Robertson El and even Demritius Atkin etc. As these one are seldom found producing anything if great or goodly substances at the end a long day work own in the end, such men and women clearly and soundly show that they are secretly enemies of this portion as they cannot follow general or basic instruction, beware of all such individuals and groups of people both in and outside this Portion of the M. S.T.of A. Therefore you must quickly notify the Grand Council of Governor of any violation to what has been declared to be both unlawful and of an anti-Divine nature by this particular warning for us your Chief Minister. As all are subjugated to this warning, as it is of a Divinely I nspired Nature. We your Grand Council of Governors need your help in curtailing any unlawful activties, that is both harmful to this portion of the M.S.T.of A. And especially to your National Leadership as well as to your own local Leadership. These sort even will become your open enemies in the near future if you are not Careful about them to-day. They are evil seed planter trying every weak mind and faint of hearted person known to them, to whom they have come across within this portion of the M.S.T.of A. Then they will be the last to even defend this portion of the M.S.T.of A. As they will not be found defending the National leaders of this portion they will cry out oh they can take care of themselves or they don’t need me to defend them, and yet all in all this is not their real reasoning it is but a buff and nothing else a disguise as to how they really think. And as they are not wise enough in most cases even to disguise this weakness of their own. And we don’t as your should believe that they will be long with us. We your Chief Spiritual Guide have seen these sort come and go, and never have we seen them leave on good terms nor has their present here been of much good in advancing the growth and development of this portion of the M.S.T.of A. We draw that all who are apart of this portion receives some degree of benefit thereof and there from being a members here. And while we might disagree with such Members as Muulik Saadqi El in Maryland we cannot say we are against him as a man nor as a believer as he does hold fast in his own way, and we can clearly and soundly say we know where he is upon this path way which we have provided for you all to go back down, yes he and other like him have rather step aside than give this portion any real problems. Now those who have received a benefit from this portion should alway be of the very first to stand up and give a good account of their belief in the Leadership of the Grand Council of Governors, and as we bring this to a close we say in conjunction with all the above be forever watchful and on your guard against infiltrator and vain men and women who believe that now they are on equal par with those who either leader you locally or Nationally……………………………….........................................
